EVENT SAUNA
Our event sauna is a Finnish sauna at 85° C with a rotating mill wheel.
Every half hour you can experience an infusion with fragrance and a play of colours.

SALT SAUNA
Improve your lung function, prevent respiratory infections,
alleviate asthmatic and bronchial complaints, strengthen your immune system through the stimulating effect. Relax and unwind at 60°C in the saline atmosphere of our salt sauna with graduation tower.

BEACH SAUNA WITH FIRE CIRCLE
Enjoy the direct view of the dunes from our spacious Finnish sauna, take a deep breath during the infusions with pure essential oils at 90°C, cool off in the largest baptising pool in the region – the Baltic Sea – and then relax by the fire circle right next to the sauna or in our beach chairs on the beach.

STEAM SAUNA
Compared to other types of sauna such as the Finnish sauna, the steam sauna is an extremely mild variant, as it is only heated to 45°C and has many health benefits.

SALT ROOM
Our salt room creates a micro climate similar to that found in salt mines and by the sea. The air is virtually free of pollutants and saturated with valuable minerals. In addition, the air is enriched with negative ions and thus neutralized. The humidity of approx. 40 to 50 % facilitates rapid absorption of the salty air. Every breath provides valuable minerals and micro elements, increases mental and physical performance and strengthens the body’s defenses. Take a seat in the comfortable loungers and let your mind wander.
